If a customer is unhappy we want to know and will do everything, withing reason, to make it right for you.
Please let us know if there is an issue with your order, but we try to avoid issues by
- Creating a proof for approval prior to cutting
- leaving all details in the order to ensure there is no misunderstanding on what the customer will purchase
- send photos and frequently communicate
Refunds will only be given as a last resort, these items are customised and cannot be resold. If a refund is given, the product must be returned and shipping will be paid for by the customer, not 4everremembered. Product must arrive to us in the condition it was received or it will not be fully refunded.
Partial refunds may be given on a case by case bases.
